I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a spacious room, and the easy walk to Brackley Town Hall, just under 2 km away, was a delightful way to explore the local landmarks that truly captured the city's charm, not to mention the stunning views at Saint James Lake, just over 2 km from my stay.

I appreciated my spacious double room and the convenient location. breakfast confusion could use improvement, and new room cards are needed for a smoother stay. For future guests, double-check meal inclusions and ensure room cards are functional for a worry-free experience.

Clean room with great tea, but wifi was spotty at times.

first off, caroline and hayley were awesom, like total stars! great service and super friendly. the room was basic but comfy enough, and we really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, it was legit great value. also, the drinks were on point and we had a lovely dinner.

however, the room above us was a bit noisy and we woke up early to some dripping noise outside. that was not cool.
